Rules

Activity

When joining Heronclan, please know that you will also have to be roleplaying in Heronclan. Weekly, there will be an inactivity sweep where members who've been gone for 7+ days will be kicked from the clan unless a reason was provided previously. You will be allowed to come back only once, but if it happens again you will receive a permanent banned.

Characters

Make sure that your characters are as realistic as talking cats get. The fur of your feline cannot be bright purple or neon green. They cannot be murderers with lack of reason, phycopaths, or Mary Sues. Your oc's personality is expected to be balanced with both positive and negative traits. Adding to this, the traits cannot contradict one another, i.e "Compassionate, emotionless".

Behavior

Try not to be too ecsessive, in and out of roleplay. Drama is good, but only in moderation. If you really want to spice things up, why not fill out a plot form? Remember to be a decent human being out of roleplay. Evil cats are waaay different than evil people. Harassment of any kind will result in punishment.

Editing

Unless you have permission from the leader/coder, do not edit Heronclans page/side page's in anyway shape or form. If you do, expect to be caught and punished.

Loyalty

Upon joining Heronclan, you pledge your loyalty to the group. By joining another group, you're betraying Heronclan. Side-groups that do not take place on aj, rather on threads or on discord, are allowed. Do not join Heronclan unless you plan on staying in Heronclan. If you leave within the first week of your arrival you will only be allowed back once. Otherwise, you will be banned.

High Ranks

Only one of your oc's can be a high rank. If one of your oc's are the deputy, the other cannot be anything like a medic or an elite. Remember that high ranks are earned, they are not handed to you. You have to prove that your character is worthy of becoming a high rank. Do not beg for high ranks, that only proves you're unworthy of said rank.

Respect

Make sure that you respect everyone in Heronclan, no matter the rank. Everyone here must be treated fairly. If you disrespect anyone in Heronclan, you risk punishment.

Seriousness

Joking and messing around is fun, but sometimes it becomes annoying. When asked to settle down, you are expected to do so. Do not be overly silly, sometimes it can really mess up the roleplay.

The Deputy of the Clan organizes patrols and keeps the Clan in order. They have regular warrior names. If the Clan leader dies, they will take over and become the new leader of the Clan.

Elite Warriors are more 'advanced' warriors. They have the most battle experience out of all the Clan not including the Leader and Deputy.

The Head Medicine Cat is considered the smartest when it comes to herb knowledge. They have been a Medicine Cat for a long time. Though they are a Head Medicine Cat, they still have the same duties as an ordinary Medicine Cat, but still deserve lots of respect.
